So, a couple of scary things I see emerging at the dawn of '10 are simply this: double denim and all-out-kakhi-and-cargo milltary. Shit. The two trends are just passable on models (do Daria or Abbey look bad in anything?) But they cause absolute disaster when they reach as far as chain stores. Not being a massive fan of either of these looks myself, I just think of the sly laughter and ridicule people will unknowingly recieve when they saunter down the street looking like an extra from M*A*S*H. Another concerning thought is that the two seperate trends could in fact mutate, mate, conjoin, etc and spawn a terrifying tribe of young women wearing denim cargo pants with their denim millitary jacket. God. The possibilities are endless. So please, unless you are a supermodel or have the paypacket to afford to be outfitted by Balmain, save your cash, and your self esteem for something else.
